Immigration Reform early in 2010.

If an Immigration Reform Bill passes there

may be limits.

There may be limits to the number of people who can apply.

 There may be time limits as far as time frame goes, for example: 

·  You may only be able to apply within a certain period of time. or

·  Only a certain amount of people may be able to apply per year

·  Or the law may be limited on a first come first served basis.
